As posted here, Advanced ROES has been retired and file are being accepted via our FileUploader for print and graphic orders.
Shipping and customer pickup (inside our front vestibule area) continues as normal. While all pick-up orders, once paid, are placed in our vestibule area for your pick up convenience, we simply recommend that confirmation that the door will be open on the day you are planning to come in. We are keeping our “normal business hours” as 8-4/M-F, sometimes it may be a little different.

Update 05-19-2021
While we recognize that CDC has made new recommendations regarding mask wearing, we will continue to wear masks, if we meet in person, and we would like you to also wear a mask until the bridge phase is over.
Please know that our preferred method for receiving orders continues to be through our Advanced ROES ordering system (until May, 28, 2021). After that time, we’ll be accepting files through out our website’s dropbox (File Uploader), with a requirement of an email follow up. Any type of drop off of thumbdrive is also acceptable.
Shipping and (curbside) customer pickup continues as normal. We strongly suggest that you call ahead, once you have received your order completion email, and let us know if you are picking up. Here at Advanced Imaging, Inc., the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community is always our priority. By doing this and looking at the bigger picture, (pun intended) our normal turnaround times may be affected. Like everyone, we are monitoring the situation and taking steps to maintain the safety of our employees while ensuring we do all we can to get products to you.
We will continue to do what we have done for you over the past 25 years, provide our clients with the best service possible while being honest and transparent. Seeing how everyone is doing the same I’m sure this comes to you as no shock.
We are taking all the suggested actions from the CDC and the WHO during this time. We are assuming at this point you probably know what those suggestions are. –Curbside Pickup-For our customers who usually come in to pick up your order and are greeted by the mother of Advanced Imaging, Marie, simply call us at 630-969-1300 when you are outside the building and we will gladly bring your order out to you.
–Shipping-If you have opted to stay in for the next few weeks, we would first like to say thank you, and also let you know that we can ship anything you need to you. Since we all may be working from home a little more, we all may need some new imagery on our walls to help with cabin fever.
-Drop Shipping-We also offer drop shipping. This means we will ship directly to your clients on your behalf. You also can select the option of “white label shipping” which mean we will add your company to the return address and not just our standard shipping department title.
