File Uploader – Please read all instructions before you upload files
Our DropBox File Uploader is our preferred method for submitting individual or groups of files from a computer or mobile device.
***Once your upload is complete, you must email orders@aiprolab.com or your order will not be processed!
Click on the link below to open a DropBox window in a new tab. Simply drag and drop your file(s) into upload area. Feel free to select and drag all your files together, but please only upload them once (as multiple drag and drop of the same file will create duplicates and may add to your order). The upload process will begin automatically. Please enter your name and email address so your files will link to your required email, as stated above.
After you upload your files please include the following in your email:
- Your contact information including phone number.
- How many files are you uploading?
- File Handling – Are we are to print direct or you would like us to color balance/crop/size your file(s)?
- Paper/surface type – what would you like? For photographic and fine art printing, we have several options! For wide format, we have even more.
- What size and quantity of each? List file name(s) if necessary.
- Is the order pick up or shipment?
- Any other information or comments that you’d feel be necessary to process your order properly and timely.
We will send you an immediate acknowledgment of your email once received. And once we have your order organized, we’ll email you a request for payment, prior to processing your order (payment info). If an email is not received within 5 days of your upload, files will be automatically deleted.
Please familiarize yourself with our pricing and product pages for important information and expectations for file balancing, cropping and sizing requirements, minimum orders and more. Payment procedures can be found on our support page.
Submitting files to Advanced Imaging constitutes and agreement that you have read and understand all product price lists, descriptions and charges, that any services required and/or expected by you are clearly listed in the communication sent with the order(s), and that all files for print are owned by you and free and clear of any copyright infringements.
